While this place has some of its charms, our stay here was not perfect. The staff is attentive. The complex is old but quite nice. It's located by a vineyard, and it has its own bodega (winery), though we did not have a chance to check out the winery. We also did not try the swimming pool; but it seems that the water is not warm and the bottom of the pool looks murky and unclean. We did sit by the pool and had a bottle of wine (7 Euros a bottle) - that was relaxing. Once we got into our assigned room, I unpacked our luggage and tried to settle in - then we discovered the toilet flush is stuck (cannot press down). The staff explained that it was too late in the day to get the maintenance person to do the repair; so we had to move to another room. Repeat packing and unpacking. The second room we got is slightly larger, but since it does not get the afternoon sun, the room seems cold and dark. We could not operate the heater in the room, and there is no central heating. I think this place is more than sufficient for pilgrims who are passing through on the camino. For tourists, just don't expect a resort.
