Very nice, super clean, helpful staff. Note though that most rooms don’t have a window to the outside, but a window to the hallway and so it can be noisy during the night

Booked a family room for my mom & I. Just enough for 2 of us. Overall the stay is great with convenience shops neaby nearby except one of the lightbulb is blinking when we checked in at the hotel. No stairs or water dispenser inside the hotel. But is still considered a strategic place compared to other hotels in Pontian.

Forest City Marina Hotel is a resort hotel by the sea with a view of Singapore. The receiptionist are very polite and helpful. We checked in at the hotel on 17 October 2020 and the whole check in process was fast and took us less than 10 minutes from queuing to getting the room keys. The room is very spacious and big. It is equipped with wifi connectivity, big screen tv, a variety of tv channels, a chiller, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water. The bathroom/toilet comes with a bathtub and separate shower and the size is big and spacious. The room also have a balcony facing the seaview and Singapore. The downside of the hotel: 1. It’s located very far from JB city and after 8pm, the Forest City seems to be a dead city. 2. Some of the facilities are not open to the public(eg. Only one swimming pool is open out of the many swimming pools, facilities around the resort are limited to the Marina Hotel and many shops are closed) 3. Some of the equipment/in room facilities require repair eg. Shower head 4. Aircond is not switched on in many areas(maybe due to low occupancy) The positive part of the hotel: 1. Very friendly and polite staff in the hotel from receiption, restaurant, security guards to the housekeeping team. Good job everyone. 2. The room is neat and tidy. Sufficient towels and amenities are provided. 3. Operator/receiption answer the phone call within three rings 4. They have promotion set meal at rm20 each which is affordable.

Counter staffs are excellent and professional. I stayed from 10-13 March in 11012. I like to visit this hotel everytime we come to Legoland. This hotel is the best in Johor Legoland. Highly recommended for families going to legoland. Walking distance about 5-7mins walk.

With it strategic location and convenient accessibility, it made hotel one of the ideal place of stay for both business and leisure travelers in Johor area.

Love the free parking when the ticket validated. The foods are so much variety we tried all but the time limit is not enough. The treasure hunting and to break the clues to find the combination lock is fun. The themed deco concept of the hotel room are on point. Its very convenient locatiin when you wabt to go to the water park, theme park, Sea Life and Medini mall. The parking bays are ample and nearby with covered roof. We should have stayed one more night as we do not use all the facilities and services there.

Booked a room facing sea and pulau kukup. Except the bath room water pressure is low, the room is clean. Room size average considering 3 adults and 2 children's but it s nice experience venture around kukup chinese village. People here generally are friendly but the snack here are not cheap.

The hotel is located in EcoBotani. It is convenient for those who would like to stay near the EduCity or Legoland. The receptionist was very kind to arrange a room that has no smoke (because smoking is allowed in this hotel). With the exception for the room we had, one can smell smoke at the corridor, the lift etc, basically in all the common area. Well, it is fine just to spend a night there in the room. We'll probably stay there again for its convenience.

The hotel is one of the best, very clean and big. Good for family stay. The kid can even run around inside the hotel room. They also offer early check in which is one of the important features that I always looking at.
