Fantastic welcoming boutique apartment hotel with lift and sea-views. We always use Niki Village when on Poros. Excellent buffet breakfast with poolside bar. We like the hotel as it close to all amenities. Since last year they have updated the pool and breakfast areas. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Georgia, Maria and all the excellent staff who go above and beyond to May your stay special. We will be back next year and happy to recommend Niki Village to all.

Perfect beautifull Island. Wonderfull hotel and staff. Delicious breckfast and wiew from the hotel. Fantastic beaches and the town of Poros is wonderfull. Easy to get around on bicycle. All in all perfect. We will for sure return to this Authentic greek Pearl.

Georgia greeted us like old friends. Very friendly welcome to guests and no complaints about our one bedroom suite with not one but 3 balconies overlooking the sea, the pool and the gorgeous town across the water.

Amazing place to stay. The hosts are amazing. I had a birthday there and they were so generous. I recommend this place highly. Great value. Close to everything. Really comfortable beds. Maria and Georgia are amazing hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A nice and peaceful hotel within a walking distance from Poros town centre. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and otherwise they were very helpful with everything. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and peaceful. Towels and linen was changed every other day and the surroundings were very well maintained as well. The pool area was equipped with sunbeds. The rooms had plates, classware and cutlery for four persons and some pots and pans. The bathroom was modern with showergels and shampoo and hairdryer. All in all, a very recommendable little hotel for couples and families.

Thought this was a great base in Poros, not far from main bit of toon. Lovely room facing the sea, comfy bed , would recommend, nice big pool, wasn’t ready yet , season not totally upon us yet , getting things ready , lovely place tho. Weather fine as well which was a bonus.

Overall, it was a good stay. I loved the fact that the hotel is super pet-friendly. Dogs and cats are equally welcomed. Kudos! Pros: -super pet-friendly -the warm hospitality & staff -the location (literally by the sea and just 12-15min on foot from the port) -the breakfast -the spacious rooms (at least in our case) Cons: -not enough attention to hygiene against Covid (uncovered breakfast items, no disinfectants anywhere in the hotel!!) -the flag‘s up and downs and the relevant loud national anthem every single day at 8.00…. -the shower‘s flooding floor due to the „cabin‘s“ design -wi-fi’s weak reception (I couldn‘t care less personally, but many people need / want good reception)

Niki Village is a very clean and comfortable boutique style hotel. Ideally located for all beaches, tavernas and the town, with a nice pool and bar area. The buffet breakfast is excellent as is the very friendly staff lead by Georgia and Maria. You can even rent a boat from Aris to see the island from the sea.

We loved everything about this hotel. Lovely apartment and pool. Good location with fantastic views over the bay. Easy walk to Poros Town and two very good restaurants nearby. Maria and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely be returning next year!
