We visited the island if poros for 5 nights and stayed at the Saron for 2 of these . We felt so welcome as soon as we checked in , the host was full of information about the island and how to get around it . All about the beaches and landmarks . Once we got to our room we were greeted by a fantastic view and could have spent hours on the balcony watching the super yachts and people walk by . Rooms were clean and air conditioning good and even though we were at the front of the hotel we were not disturbed by any noise . Taxis can be found right outside the hotel and a fixed price list is displayed so perfect to get to the beaches . You can tell this is a family run hotel as the staff take pride in it , would stay again in a heartbeat .

Hotel Saron is a family owned hotel for decades, which is located right in the middle of Poros town promenade. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly, they make you feel welcomed. Make sure to get one of the front seaview room, you can just sit at your balcony watching the world pass by. The extra couch bed is great for a third person.

Amazing location, clean hotel, friendly staff willing to give information and guide you about the island! I totally recommend it! Hotel is surrounded with restaurants and cafes so that you do not have to take a taxi in order to eat! Also, taxi station is just opposite so that you can easily access beaches with a taxi! We had sea view room which exploded the experience 🤩

We have just returned after staying in this lovely hotel for 10 days . We can’t say enough good things about this hotel - very clean - perfect location and the most lovely staff . Alex the owner can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and made us so relaxed and comfortable from the moment we made our booking . You arrive on the ferry and look up and see the hotel in front of you / we had many lovely hours on our balcony watching all the comings and goings of the yachts and ferries . Basically there is nothing we can’t recommend about this hotel and after looking around this amazing island know we had found the best hotel and best location .

First and foremost, even before arriving the staff were ever so polite and helpful when it came to booking 2 rooms. The rooms themselves have an out of this world view of the harbour and the sea and were spotlessly clean, with excellent amenities!

Gedurende een week kon ik genieten van de gastvrijheid van het hotelpersoneel. Er is geen safe in de kamer maar in dit familiehotel kan je 100% rekenen op het personeel. Ik voelde me er welkom en veilig. De kamer is ruim met terras. 's Morgens op het terras ontbijten is een aanrader. De gastheer is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij geeft je raad of tips voor restaurants. Bij een volgende reis naar Poros is dit de plaats waar ik graag opnieuw wil logeren.

Δυστυχώς μπόρεσα μόνο 5 ημέρες να μείνω σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο διότι δεν υπήρχε άλλη διαθεσιμότητα. Και λέω δυστυχώς επειδή η εκεί διαμονή μου υπήρξε πάρα πολύ άνετη !!! Σε ένα πεντακάθαρο περιβάλλον （όλοι οι χώροι καθώς και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα） και το κυριότερο, λόγω της θέσης του επί του κεντρικού παραλιακού δρόμου του νησιού, η θέα από το μπαλκόνι σου έκοβε πραγματικά, όπως είθισται να λένε, την ανάσα !!! Έχοντας επισκεφθεί την Βενετία μπορώ να πω ότι έχει κανείς την αίσθηση πως βρίσκεται στο Μεγάλο Κανάλι, με τα μικρά （για τις παραλίες του νησιού） και τα μεγάλα σκάφη, τα ιστιοφόρα, τα κότερα ακόμα και τα catamaran να πηγαινοέρχονται εμπρός στα μάτια του, πολύχρωμα με τις σημαιούλες τους ή κατάφωτα και λαμπερά το βράδυ. Η δε δύση του ηλίου είναι μοναδική !!! Και κάτι εξίσου σημαντικό που αξίζει να αναφέρω είναι σχετικά με τον διαχειριστή του ξενοδοχείου, έναν νέο ευγενέστατο, υπέρ το δέον φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό όπως άλλωστε και το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό !!! Φεύγοντας είχα την αίσθηση ότι αποχωρίζομαι ένα πολύ οικείο πρόσωπο ... Συνιστώ αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ανεπιφύλακτα !!! Jeanne.
