You must stay 1-2 nights when you go to the Olympic Park. This location is very convenient to any attractions. We booked a twin room for 4 people. The bed is quite big, about 1.5 meters, and it is no problem for 2 adults to sleep on one bed. The bedding is also very comfortable. There is a microwave in the room, but no hot water.
