Staying here was an unpleasant experience. Had two rooms reserved for work related, extended for one more day due to work extension. Called the front desk and confirmed the extension, but coming back to the hotel with the crew after a long day at work, all of my personal belongings including food in the refrigerator were removed from both rooms. No communication was made from hotel front desk or management. Hotel night shift crew could NOT locate our belongings till late at night. It was noticeably the lack of communication not only to the costumers, but also between the business and staff itself. We packed and left the hotel the same day to not return.

Room had bad odor. One smelled like feet.. however, the 2 rooms I booked had little roaches everywhere. Needs to be fumigated. I would not stay here again regardless of the 8.6 star review on *******.

I asked the front lady if i could stay in the swimming pool till 10pm and she said no but she let other people stay till 10pm and she did not like Hispanic people at all she was just staring at me when i was eating breakfast with my kids and she made me feel bad because she would not stop staying at me and my kids i just did not like at all how she treated us i would never stay there again because if they don't know how to respect i would not work in the front desk i am really mad at the manager because he did not want to talk to me because he did not have to speak to me because for him nothing happened but me and my family did not like the way the lady treated us at all bad experiences in this bad hotel .....

Disappointed The price was decent. The card machine was having issues, i was charged twice. The toilet seat broke, i called & no one ever came to fix it. The water isnt hot enough. They did offer a free breakfast which was cool. But i wont stay again.

Nice, room for improvement. The place was quite nice. However, because they are kitchenettes, there can be odd food odors, that are strong. The breakfast include a limited options, minimal continental. But the omelets are pretty good.

It was an okay stay, only thing I didn't like, I had to pay a deposit that I wasn't aware of. After I had already paid.

The door wouldn’t shut properly on arrival. It had to be slammed shut. The refrigerator had rust all over the front. The room had a musty smell when the ac kicked on. The bed was nicely made but the frame was off. The he sofa had stains on it. The restroom was okay the shower wall had a crack in the marble.
