It was a very good stay. Staff members were all the time helpful. Breakfast could be better but otherwise it was great stay.

A best hotel to stay with family due to it's excellent location and environmental view including sea facing experience of Ross Island, all the staffs and their behavior with cooperative mentality is remarkable, The rooms are very clean with all ambience for guest are notable, room service are very prompt and responsive, nothing to bother about or face any difficulties. The restaurant provide very delicious dishes as per choice in menu. I should recommend to stay here with families and I am again interested to here in my next visit. I love this property

The only thing that comes to my mind about this hotel is that they are FRAUD. They confirmed my booking in the month of May (stay for 3 days starting from 31st Oct) and took a token advance also. Now on 30th Oct evening, just 12 hours prior to my stay they have cancelled my booking due to reasons unknown. That too I was continuously trying to get in touch with them and they were not replying. I was travelling with my family & was not getting any hotels as this is diwali weekend. They offered me an alternative hotel for damage control but I thought of staying away from such fraudsters. I will launch a campaign against them in my social media. Highly unreliable & cheaters!!! I have stayed in innumerable hotels across the country, but this is the first time I have experienced anything like this. Stay away from booking this hotel...

Nothing is good about this hotel except the location and the staff. The location is great and the staff is very polite. The food is not that good, breakfast is limited just dosa and poha, loud construction noises while I'm writing this review, shady noises outside our room all night and the list can go on. I would not highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is a new property and is very well managed. The location is very close to popular tourist spots ( cellular jail, clock tower, marina park) which is ideal for planning a trip. Cab service is available and tie ups with agents for booking activities like Scuba and other trips is easier within the premises. Main market and Airport are also very close to the hotel. Staff is also very hospitable and helpful.
