Gd place have a nice sea view from the hotel it’s very close to cellular jail & from the jetty where you can find a boat for NSCB island (Ross island ) and north way island

if you're looking for sea view then it's excellent.
cons are:
there is no restaurant available but Swiggy and Zomato deliver in room.
its a little isolated and far away from main area.

they don't have any kitchen and hence no room service at all.
Rooms are too small, and without any ventillation 🥴 Smoking inside rooms is not permitted, checkout time is 8am (which they don't declare anywhere in their advt ! ) Free cancellation is for namesake only, it expires at 9am on arrival date, doesn't give time to reach and inspect ! Very shabby outlook, no lift ! Maybe ok for a group of boys, but not meant for family.
Overall a sense of cheating was felt. If smoking was not allowed inside rooms (which is not in accordance with law), they should mention it clearly in their profile /advt. Same with checkout time, and non availability of lift and non-availability of kitchen and room service. Not doing so is cheating and malpractice.

Me and my wife stayed in this value for money homestay sea view room in february 2024 for 3 days (2 days prior to visit of havelock & neil islands and 1 day after, keeping left luggage in the hotel). It is only 4 km. From airport and is right on the sea shore. Aberdeen jetty (to roses island & north bay where the water sports activities exists, cellular jail, fisheries museum, new light house restaurant, etc. Are at a walking distance of about 1 km. The haddo jetty for private catamaran ferries to havelock & neil islands and chat-am saw mill are at a distance of 4-5 km. And can be reached by auto-rickshaw. The walk ***** the sea shore with well laid foot path and shaded road with very light traffic are enjoyable. It is on 2nd floor without any lift. Owner mr. Salim takes good care of the guests and gives all information on cabs, auto-rickshaws, restaurants nearby, etc. The suggested auto-rickshaw driver ramu takes you anywhere within a reasonable price. Care-take teja made a good south indian breakfast for us and he is avaiable on phone, most of the times. Room was clean, overall, our stay here was enjoyable, of course, this is a value for money accomodation with an added advantage of sea view from the verandha. Thanks, m/s salim, teja & ramu.

No wi-fi, no mineral water. Owner and Staff behaviour were very bad. Rooms are very small and not at all worth. Front view of the hotel was in very bad condition Surrounding and location was not good. Even local taxi or auto had difficulty to trace this hotel I paid for one night stay. This stay make me realised that on the site the owner was harassing us
It is my advice to other visitor not go on the name of the hotel

The view from the hotel was perfect. Rooms were o key and bathrooms were clean too. But if we asked for linen change they said they don't change linen. When light resumes after cutting for 20 min sometimes the ac would not work by itself and we had to ask the helper to check why ac is not working then he would say that mcb had tripped so u were not getting power in ac stabilizer. After that we started doing it ourselves. If we asked the helper to clean the room to remove garbage. They say that it is not possible at night and then they never asked if cleaning was needed again. Hotel doesn't provide food, you have to order from swiggy or zomato.

The hotel is isolated one. No market at walkable distance. Advertising photo is not real for the rooms booked. Service is not upto the level expected.

He charged an additional rs 1000 for change my room. The room i got after changing, this room was also very small. There is a fish market near the hotel, because of this the bad smell keeps coming throughout the day. I had booked the room with breakfast but they did not give vegetarian breakfast, only tea and cold bread are given to me and my wife did not eat bread, so she had to starve. Staff is supportive but room, toilet is bad. Room is too small and not sufficient for couples. Room is only for single person. They not protect your privacy. Too much mosquito there, they not give allout/other solution. One line, do not wast your money if you are couple or 2 person booking.
