We were late check in and had made a phone and they were well informed,but once arrived there was problem and misunderstanding. The room we booked was fully book and the staff not able to check my booking in their system,then offered us a different room and need to add payment although we already booked and paid the room we picked thru online, after been asked to call for the manager and we demand for our room to be replaced then they given us a room..there was a crucial and we didn’t blame the guy receptionist coz he just worked there, the room cleanliness was “bad” to, dirty bed,dusty floor,bathroom,dirty mug, and the room we stayed is 201 is kinda ******* to coz both of us was sleeping and heard sounds like somebody’s using the bathroom at 3am,i was half awake my husband saw someone at the sinks and think it was me even i was right beside him,but he’s to tired and didn’t realize it,and i was awake of that sounds and I checked my husband was asleep right next to me but it was obvious there was someone in the bathroom, but i was terribly sleepy to and fall back to sleep,but right before i fall into deep sleep and half awake i heard a woman voices and she’s getting out of the bathroom and i can see clearly a woman in white and long hair was come over me…then i fall into deep sleep and didn’t know anything,luckily we were to tired even ghost not able to interrupt our sleep
