I couldn't check in at the PD Star hotel because the room was full. But on the Trip.com site it shows that there are still empty rooms. That's why I booked and paid. I want a refund.

So terrible. Agoda The lower price is scam. Don't stay. U be regrat and toilet water closet forever over flow leaking. And ask use pay extra more at caunter no low prices . The wall anywhere water leak. U want use water, need on off the main stopper.
