Nice hotel for family trip. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The teluk kemang beach is just a walk away with many food stalls nearby. You can also rent the court to play pickle ball with your family.

Despite being rated as a 4-star resort, the condition of the property did not reflect that standard at all. The room we stayed in had visible mold on the walls, which was a serious concern. The bed frame made loud creaking noises with every movement, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Most of the furniture in the room looked old and worn out, clearly showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. Another major issue was the hygiene of the swimming pool. There were many black spots visible at the bottom of the pool, and the water itself was not clear. It didn’t look properly cleaned or filtered, which made us hesitant to even go in. That said, the price was quite reasonable, so if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place and can overlook some of the issues, it might still be worth considering. But for those expecting true 4-star quality, this may not meet expectations.
