I really enjoyed my vacation, and the outdoor hot spring was delightful. However, the accessible facilities in the room and the beds had a lot of ants, which needs improvement. The food was delicious, but the air conditioning wasn't cold enough.

It’s a nice place, especially because the swimming pool is right inside the room. We really enjoyed it and were very satisfied. However, the place is a bit old, and there was no proper place to hang towels, which was a little inconvenient, especially when the towels were wet.

Rooms: 2 units of Grand Garden Pool Villa Upper Unit (upgraded from Garden Pool Villa upper unit), suitable for 4 people each. Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

my only son really love it cause of the private pool beside we came here just to celebrate his birthday (birthday gift from his mom), good environment/staff/food, overall 10/10. keep it up!!!

This hotel is great for families with kids! My child had a wonderful time. The only minor downside was the breakfast, my child mentioned there weren't many options, so there's room for improvement there. We'd definitely bring the kids back to stay here again if we have the chance.

We opted for quiet room and the property kindly upgraded us to a bigger family room. The Sky Pool Villa is about 20% larger than what we originally booked (Deluxe Suite). Private pool and service was excellent.
