Lovely hotel, staff were really helpful.
Swimming pool was amazing. Well worth the money.

Silkari Lagoons is an excellent choice to stay in Port Douglas.
Beautiful common area with two fully equipped BBQs, clean pools with Spa jets.
Nice service by friendly people.
Big rooms with cooking facilities, cutlery, glassware, balcony.

The service is average, it may be a self-service hotel, and the bedding is clean. No breakfast, can only go to the hotel next door

Second stay here 13 years apart. Property looks well maintained. Our room was very clean. I have heard the decor needs updating but our room was fine. Everything was better than expected. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom corner room. The space was great and my tweens loved sharing the studio apartment.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Only negative was that there were quite a few ****s in their otherwise beautiful garden beds but after the amount of rain they have endured, this is bound to happen.
Highly recommend. Great value for money especially with a swim out room

We like the cleanliness of the pool, spa and the serenity of the beautiful surroundings. The Reception staff are nice, polite and very helpful and friendly.

The property is in nice location and condition of rooms were okay. There is no dining option on the property but was told that Ramada next door has options, did not check out though. There are tons of food options a short car drive. There were few issues such as previous occupant had left metal spoon in bone grinder, dishes were not cleaned properly and microwave glass was loose. When informed the management they changed microwave right away but forgot to remove the spoon, did not bother us. It is decent size 2 bed room option, used the pool which was clean. Parling included
