Morden seaview The unit we booked was advertised as a luxury apartment with “a pool with a view as the top feature.” However, we were allocated a basement unit no 26 with no view, which did not match the description or expectations set by the listing. We found a dirty dishcloths and noticed cockroaches during our stay. There were 5 guests in a three-bedroom unit, yet despite the listing stating “free toiletries,” there was insufficient toilet paper provided. We had to request more, and Nontanda Mfenyana disputed this, telling us there is 2 and half toilet papers when there was 2 halves rolls and 1 full roll. There was no hot water upon arrival, and we were only informed when we asked that the geyser needed to be switched on manually. There was no room service or housekeeping for the duration of our stay. Communication with Nontanda Mfenyana was disappointing. When we raised basic concerns, the responses were unfriendly and very rude and unprofessional, which made resolving issues unnecessarily difficult. This was our first visit to Port Elizabeth, traveling from Pretoria, and unfortunately the accommodation negatively affected our experience. Based on this stay, I would not recommend Neatela properties.
