Lungile Lodge

Birthday outing I loved the room, it is literally a hipster theme, the drawings on walls are amazing. The mirror facing the bed is an absolute fantacy. There is no TV which worked well for a couple needing no distractions, but then an alternative is provided ( projector). Easy to navigate around, Lungile assists with parking for car safety, quite responsive and warm welcome - pro active as well. Loved the art in the room honestly.

I recently stayed at Lungile Lodge in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha and would gladly give it five stars! Perfect location: Lungile sits on Marine Drive in Humewood, just a few minutes’ walk from Kings Beach and the waterfront promenade. I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and close by the beach and bars / restaurants. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The only thing is that there was a party with loud music until late one night which made me not get a lot of sleep, but i don't think that happens often. Will definitely stay here again if i'm in the area :)

It was realy nice. I had the recomandation from the travelguide Stefan Lose and we also sayd to the owner, that it was a peacefull and nice place in this city.

*Old bedding (duvet, duvet covers, sheets and pillows * No cartulary in the rooms. * Sliding doors are not working properly * Additional are needed in the rooms.

Nice place to stay for few days! Many activities to do and the staff is really cool ! Very close to te beach; the View from the restaurant is amazing You can visit the township and help for thé Kitchen soup for children !

I found the noise levels of some younger guests was a bit to much , especially during the evening .Also the younger gentleman behind the reception desk , not Ivan the other guy. He needs to seriously work on his customer and service skills ,as he is very unhelpful and sometimes comes across as very arrogant. Does not greet or nor does he give you his attention when you at the reception desk , as he is constantly on his mobile phone .
