"Most of the sites are very small and some caravanners may not be able to get their van onto the site as the access roads are also very tight. Luckily there was no-one behind us on arrival so we could drive through onto our site. I doubt I could have otherwise backed onto it. Staff are friendly and helpful and we moved to a bigger site after a couple days. Even that site was a challenge and luckily the chap across the road offered to move his car which was a big help. Definitely call ahead and talk to the staff if you have concerns about the manoeuvrability of your van/vehicle. They have just put in a new Starlink WiFi system which is poor quality and poor reception in many places. Something not quite right there. Download of 7Mbps and similar upload if you can connect. Good camp kitchen with 4x bbqs. Two amenities blocks which are clean and well maintained; some of the washing machines were out of order. No TV reception and reasonable Telstra telephone reception. Easy walking distance to town and right next to the Horseshoe Bay beach. On arrival if there is a vehicle/caravan near the gate, stop 100m back and walk to reception as there is only check-in room for one caravan."
