Everything was perfect! I was completely satisfied and can definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent service: The staff was incredibly friendly and made my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast: The breakfast was simply fantastic – a great selection and superb quality. Location: The location was also perfect and made my stay even better. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful time! I would love to come back.

I had a very pleasant stay at Helnan Port Fouad Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very respectable. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help guests. The location is very good, with nice cafés and restaurants around the hotel. Port Fouad in general is a quiet and beautiful city, perfect for a relaxing stay. We stayed for two nights and spent most of the day outside, but during our time at the hotel we faced no problems at all. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Rewan from Guest Relations for her great care and follow-up even before our arrival, and to Ahmed at the Front Office for his professionalism and warm welcome. I personally love visiting Port Said during the winter, but the lack of suitable hotels was always an issue. This hotel will definitely make me visit Port Said much more often in the future. Highly recommended

The hotel is clean, rooms and pool are good, and staff are polite. But management is very weak, service is extremely slow (a simple request like a baby cot can take the whole day), breakfast is poor, and AC is not properly working. Even though I booked a suite, the reception bathroom was left uncleaned. The hotel badly needs better management.

Spent there 2 nights in a business Congress trip. It is a spacious resort with more than one swimming pool. The swimming pools are highly maintained and apparently looked very clean, but i noticed that the depth should be written or mentioned on every pool. The hotel private beach was below average, so don't compare it with the North Coast or hurghada beaches. The room is large with new furniture and a big TV screen. The bathroom is clean. However, the facilities inside it don't reach the helnan standards as a lot of things are missing. No slipper, no toothbrush or paste. My room was on the ground floor, so I had a small garden in front of my balcony with easy accessibility to go in and out across it. Breakfast was average, a lot of varieties, but the number of guests didn't allow me to see the spread of itmes. It was always about to be consumed, and plates are nearly empty! It is easy to reach the hotel from Port said and around the hotel many restaurants so you won't be bored if you are looking for food outside the hotel. Carffeurr supermarket is the nearest
