Helnan Hotel - Port Fouad

Great location, premoum service as would be expected from Helnan chain Clean rooms, good breakfas

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, staff was very cooperative? room was clean and food was delicious 😍

Do not stay here. My experience at Helnan Port Fouad was an absolute nightmare. I had to switch between 3 different rooms upon arrival because they were all dirty—one room literally had hair all over the bed sheets. Even the room I ended up in did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The service is completely unprofessional. A staff member lounged around and shouted at me from a distance to demand where I was going. On top of that, room service serves premium-priced food and coffee in cheap, disposable carton takeout cups. When I called the restaurant to complain about a 5-star hotel using fast-food packaging, the employee literally told me, "مش مستاهلة كل ده !!" (It's not worth all that). The food is awful, the rooms are dirty, and the staff is incredibly disrespectful. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Management seriously needs to investigate this property.

A very good hotel with amazing friendly staff and service, rooms are very good and well maintained, good price with many upgrades, food & swimming pool was excellent.

Front dest staff was really helpful specially Rawan, Rana and Nour. House keeping team is very clean. Rahma was the house keeper responsible for our room and she did a great job. Beach team, Mohamed Mesbah from recreation and Amr the waiter were very helpful from day one. It was a great vacation. Over all the stuff is very good. The breakfast buffet is really delicious with a very good variety. Over all the new management is doing a great job. The hotel isuch better than the last year.

Good place and we'll equipped Very good breakfast Very disappointing in room dinning

I had a very pleasant stay at Helnan Port Fouad Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very respectable. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help guests. The location is very good, with nice cafés and restaurants around the hotel. Port Fouad in general is a quiet and beautiful city, perfect for a relaxing stay. We stayed for two nights and spent most of the day outside, but during our time at the hotel we faced no problems at all. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Rewan from Guest Relations for her great care and follow-up even before our arrival, and to Ahmed at the Front Office for his professionalism and warm welcome. I personally love visiting Port Said during the winter, but the lack of suitable hotels was always an issue. This hotel will definitely make me visit Port Said much more often in the future. Highly recommended
