Great location for views and beach. Ten minute walk to town. Didn’t use amenities much Wi-Fi was absolutely abysmal and would avoid personally if situation persisted. Raised with hotel to no avail. No booster kit offered.

Our room was showing signs of age; from rust around the metal door frame; and soap scum around the shower door. The lighting in a central oyster light we found quite dim; though there are adjustable bedside lights. We stayed in a room with a louvred enclosed balcony. We also used the underground car park. House keeping did refresh our room, leaving a towel on the floor (ie it was for replacement as it was soiled); and made the bed with a bed shirt between the sheets… so, a few things that maybe let it down.

There are no lift facilities so it is not convenient to bring out luggages to go upstairs and no box tissues in our room. Also, even though we are gold member of Accor Group but still can’t grant any membership privileges say late check out by one hour 11 am.   Not recommend to come again.

Loved the apartment, the location was just amazing. We were checking out early the next day and wished we had more time to spend in the apartment and the surrounding beaches. A little inconvenient if you are staying in the apartments as there was no lift and we had to climb 3 flight of stairs to get to our room with no help and a baby 😭

I drove from Sydney to the Gold Coast for an overnight stay in a one-bedroom, one-living room hotel with a kitchen. Arriving at 7 PM, the staff checked me in.
