Very clean, quiet location and good service. Private parking was a bonus for me. I will be back.

The booking window said that if I was to be checking in after hours to let reception know. I emailed them that I would be about 30 mins late as I had a 12 hour trip. I was held up with road works and called the reception a few hours before they closed to let them know (to this point had not heard from them) and got the most rude person on the phone because I was late. And when I arrived the same person asked where I came from and why I was late. And when I explained she questioned again. Not very impressed and will never say here again.

Receptionist should be more welcoming towards her guests. She was grumpy and difficult.

Easy overnighter. Simple rooms, ample access and parking. Pool area looked great if you have the time but it was perfect weather for the beach. Short walk to main drag and cafes for the morning coffee.

Room was tidy however a lot of baby German cockroaches in our room and on the bed and we were itchy during the night

Good service, amenities and cleanliness. Hotel is in good location with every needed restaurant and shops nearby.

The receptionist at this hotel is extremely ******. She claims to have lived in Australia for 15 years, but she discriminates against all Asians, even though she herself is Asian. She doesn't even look people in the eye. I don't know why the hotel owner would hire someone like that. Please examine your values. This motel is mediocre, but because it was Valentine's Day, the price was outrageously high—utter garbage!

A very good motel, clean and tidy, fully equipped, with spacious rooms, and great value for money!

The location where I stayed was very convenient and had a retro atmosphere. I had a room key with the room number. Despite this, the room was clean and tidy and had no smell. It was very satisfying!
