How come this rubbish apartment hotel is rated 5 diamonds? It is simply false advertising. There are two bedrooms, one is completely dark and has no windows, and the other has a little window. It is completely different from the promotional picture. It is only a few meters away from the building next door, with no privacy or lighting. The hardware is even worse, the furniture is so dirty that it has changed color, and there are food residues on the carpet. In the public area of the corridor, the lights are still sensor-controlled. It’s such a rubbish hotel. If I don’t stay here, I won’t get a refund.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right next to the F1 Albert Circuit. The hotel has free parking, a washing machine and dryer, kitchen equipment, pots and pans. It is the first choice for booking a hotel when driving to Melbourne!

The location of this property is really handy I would recommend hiring a car but the tram is a short distance away. There is a 24 hour front desk making checking in and checking out easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant location and proximity to local trams. Fantastic views over the Albert Park golf course and lake. Our room was overlooking the park and we loved the view but the noise from the traffic was a bit loud at night and early in the morning. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to a lovely quieter room at the back of the building. Percival cafe was great for breakfast and coffees.

We read so many good reviews about the apartments so chose here for our time away. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. There were so many things that we werent happy with and this took it away from what was nice. The phone didnt work so we had to go to reception for any issues or questions. The balcony door didnt lock. The shower over the bath leaked and if we didnt put towels down the water would have gone into the bedroom and onto the carpet. The air-conditioning didnt work so it was uncomfortably hot at night and lastly nothing was left. No spare toilet paper no spare towels. Very disappointing considering the cost to stay.
