I've stayed at this hotel before, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Is it possible for a hotel not to have towels? It can happen, but it takes two hours to bring them? What a shame.

Well located hotel with large, bright, clean and modern room and large shower room. The staff is very pleasant and is ready to help you at any time. The problem is the insulation, not only do we hear the noise from the street which was the case for me since I was facing the boulevard but also we share the daily life of the neighbors in the adjoining rooms and the people who pass by or sit on the sofas in the rooms. floor corridors. .

The staff were very kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, we booked three rooms.the room needs renovation, the washroom requires maintenance, and the air conditioning was not working properly. With some improvements to the facilities, the experience would be much better.

The hotel is amazing, old and vintage but with upgraded facilities. Clean room, very helpful and respectful staff, easy access, safe parking lot, and great breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was one of the best in portsaid, but nowadays it looks very old, old furniture, the room was not very clean, i even found dead insects on bed, rice on the floor that can be removed by basic cleaning after the previous guest checked out, safe is just a decoration not working at all, AC is very hot made the room as an oven despite it is January, breakfast is very poor
