Probably one of the swishest gaffs on the island. Decent buffet breakfast...nicely appointed rooms...quiet and away from everything. Shame the lagoon is so polluted (not (exclusively) this hotel's fault to be fair) that no one can swim in it. Good Sports bar.

Very nice hotel with nice clean rooms and friendly attentive staff but the food in the restaurant is of a very poor standard. It is located with nice views of the lagoon but is quite a long walk from the centre of Port Vila.

The staff at the Ramada are extremely friendly, supportive and generous with their service and smiles. Ben (General Manager) overheard my husband and I on the phone when our flight was cancelled. Ben stepped in and gave my husband and I extremely helpful advice on what we could do regarding our situation. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well maintained. Staff definitely add to making the Ramada an enjoyable place to stay.

Had an unscheduled stay for 2 nights due to flight cancellation. Resort is on the lagoon which is pretty enough but quite a way from town. Food options limited, especially breakfast. Given a choice of 1 thing (full breakfast) which was cold when served. Cold poached eggs is a new experience for me. Reception is quite bland, and you need a golf cart lift to get to the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the resort is getting tired and has a number of maintenance issues. I expected better from Ramada. On the other hand, the staff were all friendly and helpful.
