Wow—what a fantastic stay! I can't say enough good things about the Cambria Hotel in Portland. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Pearl District and just steps from the Park Blocks. We arrived on a Saturday morning and were immediately greeted by Max and Casey at the front desk. They were both so warm and welcoming, and had us checked in faster than I expected. Plus, our room was ready for an early check-in (such a rare treat!). We had a King room on the 4th floor, and it was wonderful—super comfy bed, sparkling clean bathroom, and everything felt fresh and modern. After dropping off our bags, we headed out to explore. The Saturday Market, Powell’s Bookstore, and Jake’s Famous Crawfish Restaurant were all just a quick stroll away. It made getting around so easy! A little tip for future guests: skip the valet parking if you can. It's really pricey. We found a convenient outdoor lot less than a block away and parked our oversized SUV for just $20 for 24 hours, compared to $68 for valet. Definitely worth it! All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Portland. If you’re looking for a friendly, comfortable spot in a great location, I highly recommend the Cambria Hotel!
