We are booking another stay! Clean, safe area and friendly staff. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and on-site parking. The hotel is walkable with good dining options nearby and market runs. Highly recommended!

The manager was very responsive to requests, checking in and out was seamless, and free on site parking was a bonus. The space is huge with what seemed like a full kitchen and a sitting area. The bed was comfortable. The location in Portland is great for exploring the Pearl District or 23rd Ave. The venerable Elephant Deli is a close drive.
There must have been a mixup on the second day because the room wasn’t attended to when I was out. Not a huge deal.

We were treated really poorly by on site staff when we brought up issues. The sense of hospitality in the hospitality industry was poor. It's mid-december and the heater went out in the room. Not only were we spoken to like we were lying, but the woman who helped us lied about having another source of heat when asked. No accommodations were offered like a room change or a refund. We eventually got a space heater but didn't get a wink of sleep that night.

This is the best place to stay. Parking comes with your rental, clean, staff are helpful. They offer a few things during the week to connect you with local businesses. Free street car tickets too. No other place to stay in my opinion. We will be back.

The TV in the room would not turn on with the remote. We turned it on using the button but even then only the audio seemed to work.

It was so colorful and fun and comfy! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee and food a short walk away. The streetcar stopped right in front. Yay!

Such a great location! Close to so many restaurants, bars, shopping. And the streetcar stops right in front of the hotel (free ticket at the front desk!) and takes you into downtown or to the east side. Highly recommend.
