The room facilities are complete, making it easy to store belongings, but they are a bit dated. The bathroom is quite small. Breakfast is decent, served à la carte rather than buffet style. The surrounding area is okay, though there are quite a few homeless people.

The transportation is convenient, there's a food truck right near the hotel, and accessibility from the airport was also good.

The service was quite subpar. Upon check-in, no information was provided, such as breakfast details or the Wi-Fi password. The booking stated breakfast was included, but when I asked, I was told it cost extra. There were many homeless people near the hotel entrance. Despite my request for a room not at the end of the hall, I was given one, and it was on the lowest floor (2nd floor) at that. Half the lights in the room were broken, and there were hair strands everywhere. A very poor experience overall.

We enjoyed our 5 night stat un this hotel. Glad we made the right decision to stay here rather than booking a cheaper hotel near our event venue.

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The room itself is on the smaller side. Breakfast only offers two options, and if you're not aware, they'll ask you to order from the menu. Parking at the hotel costs an additional $52 per day. If you don't mind a bit of a walk, you can easily find parking nearby.

Clean and hygienic, plus the staff were very friendly. I had a great experience during my stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I'd also consider trying out their branches in other locations.

The hotel room was pretty good. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't a buffet; you had to order, which was inconvenient if you were in a hurry. However, the restaurant service was excellent, and there was only one person working. One day, the hot water suddenly stopped working and needed repairs. The location is very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again next time, but I won't be opting for breakfast.

Room was nice. The hotel has no parking - only valet. The nearby parking garages cost $28 per night.

they switched my friend and I from 2queen beds to a king bed with a sofa without asking due to them being over booked and said they figured I can be switched since I’m only staying one night and booked through a third party app. Never felt so disrespect in my life.. like I didn’t matter. So my friend slept on the couch… which is not cool..

The hotel was great for a weekend stay. We loved the location and everything is around you. Portlands Saturday market was just a couple blocks away and made exploring Portlands downtown an easy activity to do.

A good place to stay in Portland. Very close to downtown center.
