The app that i booked my room through stated that my room would come with a fridge and microwave, that turned out to not be the case. I asked for a room closer to the top and away from elevators and busy areas, that also turned out to not be the case.

Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.

Friendly staffs. They assisted me when I reported an issue. They immediately switched another room for me right after. Just a very little thing that’s parking lot is paid parking but still be careful your belongings. It is very near at Metro station. there’s homeless around the area.
