The airport shuttle service is very convenient, perfect for travelers with early flights. The service was good, and the room was spacious. The only minor drawback was the lack of a kettle, which made it impossible to make tea, and there was no complimentary coffee.

I initially didn't realize that the free airport shuttle service could be requested through the airport shuttle bus information desk or by calling them myself, but they arrived within a few minutes of my request. Also, they provided shuttle service not only to the airport but also to the nearest train station, which was very helpful. The room amenities were excellent, but it would have been even better if there had been hand soap and slippers.
