Hotel is located next to Porto de Galinhas, the structure is very good, close to the sea and the food is very good. The room I was given was a room intended for people in wheelchairs, when I took a shower the bathroom was always very flooded. My positive evaluation of the hotel is not only due to the hotel's location and the excellent quality food in the restaurant, but especially the receptionist at my check in who balanced the room problem in advance by offering two complimentary lunches during my stay.

I highly recommend it. Top service, cool infrastructure, breakfast with a lot of diversity.

I liked the hotel & would stay again. The room was lovely. Staff at reception were great. However I found checkin an over complicated process, where we were told to access a website on our phones & fill in the details. i found the staff serving food and drinks a bit slow. Although the food was very good. The pool I felt could be a bit cleaner & nicer. However I liked the hotel it was modern & clean & I would stay here again.

Amazing stay. Hotel feels like new despite being 10 years old. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill all requests. Only minor issue was during checkout day: planned to have lunch in the hotel, but it took so long for food to arrive that we had to cancel. Had dinner in the previous day and food was great, though.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations especially when you’re new to the island. Also speak English. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Umbrellas by the beach, ocean had a lot of waves. But do yourself the favor and watch the sunrise. You can’t go wrong

Our stay at the Kembali hotel was perfect, the staff were all excellent even though we did not speak portuguese. Extra shout out to Christian who spoke enough english with us to help with everything we needed. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is great, they keep the pool and grounds clean and are a short walk down the beach to the main town. Was a very pleasant surprise not knowing much about them or the area.

If you are looking for amazing property that is laid back and you can completely relax, this is the place. Very artsy cool vibe throughout the entire hotel. I have stayed at various different resorts in Porto and this by far has the best breakfast around. The only area that I would say needs improvement is the waitstaff service in and around the outdoor area.

Paradise, the grounds are well maintained and visually very pleasing. Staying here was the highlight of the trip. The only night we tried to go out, we ended up running back to the hotel because of how much more peaceful it was to be there vs. going into town. Live music was great to drink wine to outside. Only complaint was that the food "looked fancy" but was not actually as good as it should have been.

The breakfast was good. The views from the rooms is great. HOWEVER, it was VERY BORING. No exciting or fun activities or entertainment! If you just want to sit around, read a book, or count the waves, this is the place for you. Otherwise, if you want a fun time, meet new and exciting people, you will not find this here. Our secondary complaints are: NO 24 hour access to the fitness room. NO irons in the room. NO power adapters for foreigners. NO information about local clubs or places to go, or things to do. If we knew all this beforehand, we would have never gone to this hotel.

2nd time at the hotel and unlike the 1st we had some problems. I asked for pool towels 3 times and the hotel was simply out of them. They said it was very crowded and they ran out of towels. Well, all you had to do was draw up a list of guests the day before and plan for this not to happen. To enter the hotel restaurant, which is right on the sand, you have to dry off and put on your clothes, you can't go in wearing swim trunks, that doesn't make any sense. Then, with no towels available, I had to get my clothes wet because I was forced to cover my swim trunks to enter the hotel's "foot in the sand" restaurant. What's the point of that? Finally, they allocated us to a room intended for people with special needs and which was probably under maintenance, with an unlined safe, a leaking sink trap, a broken telephone and an overflowing bathroom drain. The advertised afternoon tea is just that, a queue of guests to order a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake. I asked for fruit that was in a basket and they denied it.

The hotel is good, but we don't think it's as extraordinary as it promises to be. Check-in was ok (despite having a birthday boy on the day - reason for staying - and they didn't pay attention to the date to even say congratulations). The room is comfortable, big bed, big TV and clean. I paid extra for the first floor room with a sea view, but the view was 50% sea and 50% the restaurant roof. In this case, a ground floor room that also faces the sea and has direct access to the pool/garden would perhaps have been more advantageous. As for the hotel's leisure structure, I found it to be very "normal". The pool is very small. And the beach in front is unsuitable for swimming. However, there are plenty of sun loungers with a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant's menu is great and diverse, but a little expensive. You can stay there without having to go out to other places. We went with high expectations for breakfast, as it was what was most positive about the reviews. But we didn't find anything special. It was a basic "normal" hotel breakfast. In short, it is an expensive accommodation that does the basics well (comfort and cleanliness of the room). But if you want to pay a lot for a "concept", you'll like it.
