They are unfriendly and rude. A staff member discuss with me because I put my trash in a shopping bag because there was no Bin in the room except in the bathroom. The staff member tried to Dady that I have to put the trash in the bin in the bathroom which nobody can’t identify directly if you have trash. So try to avoid this place for your trip if you want to have have happy days in Porto.

It’s nice location and clean also good price to stay for some days.

The doors were hard to open, it was dusty or something and made my nose run, I got bitten by mites all over, and the bed shook like crazy – it was a terrible hostel.

The environment is very nice. Although it's a mixed-gender dormitory, there are no inconveniences. It's very close to the subway station and convenient for getting to the airport.

This is a hotel where it truly feels good to stay. The team reflects the owner’s spirit: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Kindness, tranquility, and respect for guests are at the heart of everything they do. I highly recommend it. As I was here on a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to balance work and still come back to a real home sweet home atmosphere. ✨

Nice and enjoyable hostel, right in the heart of Porto - very close to metro/train stations and a small walk away from the cities points of interest. Super confortable beds and very clean overall. The staff is also very friendly (and competent). 100% recommended.

I am able to stay in more luxurious hotels, but I always choose instead to stay at Urban Garden Porto Central Hostel. Located in the heart of Porto, its garden is quiet and peaceful, while also being a place to have lively discussions with new friends over wine and song. Julisn and Catarina and their staff work hard, day and night, to give you a great experience. I have so many fond memories of my time there. My highest recommendation for an authentic hostel home away from home.

Super staff, pre arrival in terms of what’s app messaging the details given I was arriving after midnight. Great directions and just very very nice. Nice clean hostel, private toilet and bathroom. Privacy in the beds with a throw over curtain, good bed and comfy. Overall, really really good.

Central location, I could visit everything by foot without using public transports. Friendly and professional Staff. Very clean place, respecting covid precautions. Amazing and comfy "capsules" that made me feel not sharing the room with the others. Finally, nice common areas (with Netflix, PS4) with a garden and bar that is a real gem in the middle of the city.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location is ideal, close to the center, it is close to the main tourist sites and transport, which makes it easy to visit everything. The staff is absolutely fantastic: always smiling, available and ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. A real plus! The housekeeping is done regularly during the day, the hostel is very clean. Special mention to the owner, remarkably kind and caring. You feel welcomed like at home! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to discover Porto.

I've traveled all over Europe, and staying here was one of the best experiences. This hostel felt like home! 😃 The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and it's close to everything. I loved the garden, where I spent several hours and made many friends. It was the safest place I felt, even in a mixed-gender room. There was also a safe place to store my belongings, which gave me peace of mind because I didn't have to walk around the city with everything, fearing losing it or being robbed. I loved the whole experience!

First experience for me in a youth hostel, and frankly a great surprise! The hostel is very nice, well located, the rooms and beds are comfortable, the spaces are clean, and the small garden is a real plus. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating if needed. I recommend 100%! I think I will opt for hostels more often from now on :)
