B&B Hotel Porto Centro Massarelos

Excellent and helpful service, the room was very well-equipped and comfortable, and the location was great, right next to the Crystal Garden.

This was my most terrifying hotel stay ever. The hotel's elevator repairman forcefully operated the elevator even though he knew there were people inside, causing it to feel like it was dropping and trapping us for nearly a minute. The intercom button didn't work, and the hotel staff didn't answer the phone and seemed dismissive about the whole incident.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. It's not super close to the city center, about a 20-minute walk, but the area is pretty quiet and there's a shopping mall nearby. Good stay overall.

The staff are incredibly polite, patient, and always ready to help with anything. The rooms are also very clean, and the cleaning staff are friendly and pleasant; they tidy everything up without touching your personal belongings. The building's exterior isn't luxurious or elegant, but I can assure you that hardly matters, as the hallways are beautiful, the elevators work perfectly, and the lobby and lounge area are impeccably maintained. One of the things I loved most was the unlimited beverage refill station at the entrance (apple, pineapple, water, and exotic fruit drinks). I highly recommend this place!

I loved the breakfast; it was fantastic and very comprehensive. The location was good, and the room was spacious and clean.
