The hotel was far nicer than expected.  Rooms were clean and comfortable and the views overlooking the city cannot be matched.

The receptionist was unfriendly throughout. The baggage handlers were also indifferent. The room with the terrace I booked had dilapidated chairs, and the bathroom was extremely basic, posing a significant safety hazard. There were no safety mats or handrails; if you accidentally pulled yourself out through the glass, you'd be in serious trouble. The next day, they didn't even provide bottled water. For a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel, this is terrible.
