The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The only downside is that taking a taxi might involve some traffic jams due to the narrow streets, but thankfully, taxis in Porto are quite affordable. The rooms are on the smaller side, so there are no triple rooms. We were a group of three and booked two rooms. One of the rooms had a broken hairdryer, so we had to use the one in the other room.

not sure if its the european standards or what, but this is definitely not 4-stars to me… felt like a boutique hotel or at best 3-stars. only 1 bottle of water to share, across the stay too. other than that the staff were very friendly :)

The stay was good. But it was mentioned that ‘parking is available’ which is misleading and it should reflect as ‘subject to availability’. We had to pay for street parking which was hard to find. The room had available only tea and coffee without milk in it. While calling for milk, we were advised to go physically up to restaurant and fetch it ourselves which was bit rude for them to provide.

Really convenient location, good breakfast on their incredible rooftop overlooking the city!! The beds are really really comfortable and the staff is kind and available. Outstanding experience overall!
