A cozy hotel, superbly located less than a minute's walk from Clérigos Tower. The double bed was quite small, but the twin room boasted a huge bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. There's a really practical kitchen available, and the rooms are quiet and clean!

the location of the hotel was super convenient. Easy to go around, lively and clean. I read a comment that mentioned the floor was not even, and I noticed that, however I don't think it's a problem. The room was clean, the lady was friendly and helpful. didn't take any photos of the room, but will go again and recommend it vividly.

My family had a great quality time staying in this hotel. The staff is so amazing and very serviceable.

Hotel in a great place, center of the old town, close to everything, clean. However, the big downside is the noise. We were hoping to relax during our vacation, but it didn't happen. The doors have large gaps and you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. No one observes the night silence and the staff does not respond. The guests themselves asked for silence from other people passing in the corridor. As a result, we woke up several times at night or couldn't fall asleep. This had a very negative impact on our well-being. To sum up, the location is great, there are no conditions for relaxation.
