Two of us stayed 4 nights. The hotel is exceptionally clean, staff are friendly, location is excellent. We come in Nov 2023, price is very reasonable. We enjoyed so much and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Porto, Portugal and the overall experience was very good. Firstly, the hotel's location was very convenient, within walking distance to the main attractions in the city center, allowing me to explore this amazing city with ease. There are many restaurants and shops around, which makes my trip more convenient. In addition, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they provide attentive service and make you feel at home. However, the hotel's facilities are a little inadequate, such as no bottled water or kettle provided, which made me feel a little regretful during my leisure time. Overall, this is a recommended accommodation option, especially for travelers who like to explore the city!

The lady at the reception was very cheerful and kind, and she gave us a map of Porto and explained the tourist attractions in an easy-to-understand way.

The room has enough space The twin room I booked has space to separate the two single beds Open wardrobe can hold 6 coats There are refrigerators/desks/kettles/safes, etc. The bedside spotlight is too strong but you don't have to use it The toilet is great to sit on The shower room can accommodate two people Handheld sundryer/head shower system The water is hot and powerful Large and deep wash basin The mirror is as big as a small round cone. There is also a magnifying face mirror. The hair dryer is very hot. The restaurant can accommodate about 20-30 people Breakfast has basic international breakfast items The cooking skills are average, but the ham/bread from the package is supermarket quality At least you don't have to walk 5-10 minutes to the nearest restaurant for breakfast.

I don’t think there is another accommodation like this at this price. The room was very nice and the staff service was satisfactory. In particular, the breakfast cook was very friendly. But the location is ambiguous. When you come to Porto, you will end up walking around the Don Luis Bridge, but the distance between the accommodation and the Don Luis Bridge is far, and I had to walk up a rocky hill, which hurt my ankles. Please take this into consideration and stay if it suits you. It was a really satisfying accommodation.

Very charming hotel, in the middle of a street with a lot of life, very close to everything that is worth seeing in the city, the cathedral, the Sao Bento station, the Luiz I bridge, the Magestic cafe. It's the second time I've stayed there and it certainly won't be the last.

Absolutely lovely, everything as good as new, sparkling clean and very well and centrally located. Gladly again
