My friend and I booked a double-room for a 4-nights stay. Here are a few notable points that might be of interest for anyone looking to stay in this residence: - The additional fees are ridiculously high. We had to pay 130 euros for the clean-up following our departure, and yet had no clean linens or towels during our stay (they apparently give them out starting 1 week spent in their residence). - Only one double bed was made, with the presumption that 2 girls would sleep together when 2 other beds were available... When we asked for another cover, they gave us a thick one for winter (when our stay was in early September and it was 30 degrees out). Also, no toilet paper of any kind is provided at any moment. - The receptionists are unkind and judging (like most Sardinians). They made fun of us behind our backs and gave poor advice leading to food poisoning. - There is no restauration service provided and the residence supermarket opens whenever the owner feels like it. The restaurants in Port Ottiolu are ridiculously expensive. - Most residents live there for prolonged periods and young people looking to party and have a great time don't feel welcome. Please take into account that most of Port Ottiolu's visitors and residents are elderly and that there is basically nothing interesting to do there, except for the beautiful beach at a 5 min. walk from the residence. If you stay there, rent a car! Generally, I would recommend looking at lodgings in the nearby village of San Teodoro, which is far bigger and more touristic, with an amazing gellateria, good restaurants and far more people.

I'll start by saying that I was a little scared by some of the reviews, but my experience was more than positive. Two-room apartment on the ground floor, with a "patio" where you can eat outside on non-windy days. Clean apartment, very close to the beach and the little square where there are some little restaurants. Covered parking space, very large. In the residence there are some small shops, which unfortunately, perhaps due to the low season, were closed. The only one open was "despar" which had slightly too high prices, but a few km away there are other supermarkets with more affordable prices. The only small flaw, which does not depend on the structure: sometimes the TV signal disappeared, but... we're at the seaside, what do we care about TV? :-)

Subito dalle recensioni ero un po’ spaventata ma il residence è pulito..alloggiavamo al 1piano e alla fine era tutto in ordine l’unica cosa era il divano letto un po’ scomodo ma del resto si stava molto bene avevamo tutto comodo despar,ristoranti e spiaggia anche il personale gentilissimo

Reception gentile e pronta a soddisfare le richieste. Acqua non potabile non segnalata nelle caratteristiche del Residence; consumi che comprendono gas e luce, ma acqua potabile a pagamento. Fornello con molti problemi di accensione (funziona un solo fuoco su 4). Comoda la lavatrice, presenti stendino (ma non mollette per i panni) e ferro da stiro. Posto bello e tranquillo, vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Porto Ottiolu. Richiesta di checkout ritardato accettata senza sovrapprezzo, molto gradita. Animali ammessi. All'esterno tavolo e sedie per mangiare sotto al portico. La maniglia della porta andrebbe riparata perché rende difficoltoso l'inserimento della chiave. Parcheggio comodissimo. Alberi e fiori presenti in tutto il Residence. Sarebbe stato gradito il funzionamento delle docce lavapiedi per non portare sabbia in casa. Nel complesso ottima esperienza, ci tornerei volentieri.

Personale scortese, le donne delle pulizie vengono una volta a settimana, servizio di biciclette quasi distrutte con catena, manubrio, pedali e marce inutilizzabili. Per il prezzo mi aspettavo di meglio avendo pagato molto. Sono stati quindici giorni strazianti anche perché i lenzuoli venivano distribuiti sporchi nelle camere.

Résidence très bien entretenue, avec de jolis espaces paysagers, piscine entourée de lauriers roses, blancs. Palmiers. Cadre idyllique. Très bien situé, à moins de 100 mètres de la plage , moins de 100 m du joli port de plaisance animé avec bars et restos, petit marché nocturne. Superette sur place, bien achalandée. Très calme. Les logements sont grands et climatisés, un peu dans leur jus au niveau déco mais rien de méchant. Barbecues. Nous logions au H82, logement pour 8 personnes composé de 2 chambres doubles, une mezzanine avec 2 lits et un canapé convertible pour 2 dans la pièce principale. Juste à côté de la piscine. Les seuls points négatifs sont les transats parfois cassés autour de la piscine, et le peu de matériel dans les logements. Nous avons demandé des verres à vin que nous n'avons jamais eus. (juste 8 verres à eau dans le logement pour 8) Et une seule place de parking pour 8. Bilan : j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir et je le conseille!
