Stayed last year in this hotel with a friend . We both love the room and the location. It was strange as we were given the same room when we returned again.

The room was really small, it was so loud you could hear every conversation throughout the building. Rough night

Stayed here for one nigh, it was clean, well equipped, comfortable and a good location. It’s worth nothing that the rooms are accessed by stairs only, no lifts. There is plenty of paid parking on the street or car parks within 10 minute walk. They do have parking vouchers which gives you all day parking for a £5. Good value for money, we would stay here again.

Lovely little place in the heart of Old portsmouth

From the time of the arrival to end of our one night stay I can not fault the reception young ladies. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room my friend and I was in was a deluxe twin bed, (private own bathroom). A lovely room with pleasant views and windows that can be open. (even though it was on the third floor. Regardless of that, it certainly was worth the money & stay :) We can not fault the room it was pefect for location our stay and we most definately would stay again, if we had too, in the near future . Great location, not much parking but the sell permits for £5. I was in the house around the corner from the hotel. Stairs were a bit creaky and it was the most soundproof.

Only no lift to the high floor

The room was small, the corridors and windows were not well soundproofed, not worth the price. The location is great, not far from the seaside.

This place meets the requirements of Hong Kong people. The most important thing is that it is clean and sanitary. The staff service is very good. The only problem is that the sound insulation is a little bit poor. You can hear a fart every minute. As the saying goes, it costs a penny. For what it’s worth, I personally don’t think this is a problem. Whether you go to the beach food street, you can get there in about 5 to 15 minutes! ! ! !
