Nice attentive staff (a German man in the morning shift)

But hair is everywhere. I would like to stay again if the hotel improves housekeeping service

Check in平均每人辦理時長十五分鐘，且衹有一個櫃枱有人辦理。看點評説會分到電梯旁邊的房間，結果真的是電梯旁邊的房間，第一次上樓卡片還不能用，下樓更換房型，重新辦理卡片，又等了十幾分鍾。總結：效率慢，房間小，尤其是門也很小，一樓大廳廁所還需要刷卡進入顯得很mean.

位置很好，就在無憂宮對面，出差酒店，很小，床也不好，行李箱一進去就沒位置了，設施也一般，比較老了，但是酒店不便宜，搞不明白這麼貴，服務員有點傻，酒店停車位不讓進，還要跑前台去報備，不好説話
但是早餐很好
設施比較舊了

Das Zimmer war sauber die Matratze etwas weich. WC und Dusche sehr platzsparend ausgenutzt (aber voll ausreichend gewesen).
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und hat geschmeckt.
Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.
