I cannot say enough positive things about this location and the host! It has amazing views, the breakfast was wonderful, and Fatima and her staff are simply outstanding! The rooms have a great view, and they are big with a comfortable bed. When we go back to the Azores we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a nice stay in the beautiful Casa da Cisaltina. We really enjoyed our comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. We even had a small private terrace with a table and two chairs. The bed was excellent, so we slept very well. The shower head in the bathroom was loose and needed fixing, but that was a small inconvenience. The floor creaked a lot though. We loved the beautiful garden with hammocks to relax in. Casa da Cisaltina has a beautiful lounge in the garden and offers the possibility to do your own barbecue in the garden. The historical house is beautifully renovated and we loved the fact that they kept some historical elements after the renovation. The breakfast is very good, with lots of local products served at the table. Our hostess took great pride in explaining the different foods from the region. The casa has a big parking space, which is very convenient, because we had to use our car every day to enjoy the beauty of the island of São Miguel. Be warned though, the location is a bit remote, so you'll be driving quite a lot.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour de trois nuits. Hébergement calme, bien situé, beaux espaces pour relaxer sur le site. À quelques minutes en voiture de Povoacao, pour des restaurants. Très bons services clients et conseils pour visiter les environs. On y retournerait sans hésiter!

La propriétaire, Fatima, est très à l'écoute et pas avare de bons conseils. Elle parle notamment le français. Elle ne loge pas sur place mais est accessible par GSM. Chambre très confortable. Frigo commun dans la cuisine au rez-de-chaussée. Petit déjeuner varié avec exclusivement des produits locaux: Fatima vous en donne la provenance chaque matin. Parking à disposition. Très calme.

Vacances idylliques
Sejour en famille 2 adultes, 2 enfants. Rien à redire tout était parfait. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. L’appartement était très bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et typique des Açores. Personnel au petit soin et très à l’écoute. Je recommande a 200%.
