I loved this hotel and thought it was great value! The staff were friendly, rooms dark and comfortable, and despite being on the road it wasn’t too noisy at all.

My stay in this hotel is one of the worst hotel experience that I’ve had. I was trying to accommodate to their accommodations, but when I simply asked if they can check for the AC unit in my room they proceeded to tell me that it works which it didn’t because it was hot and I’ve told them twice. On top of that the receptionist was rude when I was being respectful and asking if they can simply just check it or if they can trade me a room with a working AC unit. No one came and checked on the AC unit, even when they said they would. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to use the window as AC or Heat. Also, the water pressure was not good in the shower it flooded the shower floor while the pressure wasn’t even good. The room number that I stayed 408

The hotel is located on the edge of the center of Poznan. The rooms are spacious and bright, neat and clean, the bathroom facilities are complete, and there is also a bathtub which is very convenient. The breakfast was quite extensive with changes and different choices every day. The only drawback of this hotel is that the WiFi signal is extremely poor and voice chat on WeChat is impossible. Also, don't ask the hotel to call a taxi for you, as the price of the taxi will be much higher than the normal price. Poznan is a university town in Poland. I met many young Chinese students here. They like the cultural environment here very much. What is lacking is the lack of authentic Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets, which brings inconvenience to their lives.

Fantastyczny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Otrzymałam duży i ładny pokój z balkonem i z wanną. W hotelu funkcjonuje strefa spa z saunami, z której warto skorzystać.

I was not satisfied. The walls ane too thin. I heard the noice fron other rooms and the water falling from the room upstairs. The last day the breakfast was served in a very small room. A lot of things missing from th buffet. The cleaness of the hotel medium. I had three big lugages. To arrive to my room i had to pass through 5 stairs without lift. Very anoying.
