Absolutely terrible experience with this B&B. The host was not there to receive us, instead we had to call her and wait 15 minutes for her to arrive and give us our keys. That’s the only time we ever saw anyone at reception. We had booked the triple room, but she gave us a single room (for two people) and tried to make it out to be the room we had booked. When we confronted her, she admitted to double booking our room and wasn’t apologetic or helpful in accommodating us properly. The room itself was dirty, floor covered in dust, bathroom full of mould, chipped paint and rust. The shower door came of just by a single touch. The “breakfast” included was a voucher for a cafe that gave us one croissant and one coffee each. This establishment should not have the rating it does, don’t go here if you want to have a pleasant stay in Pozzallo.

La struttura è molto vicina alla spiaggia. La colazione presso il bar convenzionato è eccellente. Però l'igiene lascia a dedidere. In tutti gli ambienti, frequentati anche da cani e gatti, aleggia un forte odore di fumo da sigaretta. La stanza che ci è stata fornita era composta da unletto matrimoniale e un letto a castello scomodissimo. La stanza, icui mobili lasciano a desiderare è priva di finestre. C'è solo un'apertura che si affaccia su un pozzo luce maleodorante, senza riciclo di aria. Lo stesso vale per il bagno.il frigobar è inutilizzabile, a causa della presenza interna di un grosso pezzo di ghiaccio. Il condizionatore è malfunzionante: funziona praticamente da ventilatore. Per fortuna che abbiamo soggiornato a settembre. Non oso pensare al caldo insopportabile che avemmo potuto patire nella stagione più calda. Dimenticavo! Le lenzuola, seppur apparentemente pulite, presentavano una macchia simil sanguinea e gli scomodi cuscini erano stati iper sfruttati. Per finire, specifico che abbiamo dare una corposa pulita al wc che presentava degli schizzi fecali. Peccato, perché le premesse iniziali e la presentazione fotografica (non veritiera) facevano ben sperare. Esperienza da non consigliare!
