Honestly, this is the worst place in Prague you could ever imagine. First of all, they rent me a place, when I got there, I was told I couldn't stay bc there was no more vacancy. And now, I tried to get refunded by ********** and they didn't allow them. In another words, they stole my money. This could be enough, but things are even worse. The reception is a crap, when I got there, simply there was no one to attend me. I needed to knock on a guest's window to know how to get in or even have any information. A completely mess, smelly and so unconfortable. I think it was a freedom to not stay there, but I am still very sad that the owner stole my money.

I booked a hostel, I wanted to take a walk with friends in Prague. We arrived and said that there was no free room, showed another 3-bed room and said if we want to stay, we need to pay extra. Even though we paid in advance for our room. We were not satisfied with this option, they asked for a refund. And they kicked us out of there, not returning the money, knowing that we are tourists ... People do not let us down like we are .. the worst hostel in our lives.
