The hotel room was not as small as some other reviews suggested — it was still spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bathroom area was also clean, neat, and convenient to use. If you do not have very high expectations for the room itself, it definitely meets the needs well. What really stood out, however, was the hotel’s service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and efficient throughout my stay, and I was extremely satisfied with their support. The hotel location is not especially close to public transportation, which may be a small downside. There are paid luggage lockers available in the lobby, but the hotel also offers early check-in and late check-out for a reasonable fee, which was very convenient.

Location-wise, the hotel is good. It’s not too far from the city center, although it is a bit farther from the main attractions. However, with a 48-hour transport pass, getting around is easy. The hotel is located downhill from the metro station. Walking down to the hotel is easy and quick, but the walk back to the metro can be challenging, especially with heavy luggage, as it involves about 15 minutes of uphill walking on a fairly steep road. There is a Vietnamese restaurant around the corner from the hotel, which was a nice find and serves good food. The hotel itself has all the basic amenities except for a kettle in the room. If you need hot water, you have to go downstairs and ask the receptionist to provide it. You can also try the local draft beer available there.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the metro. The interior was very clean. I would have liked to stay a few more days.

Location is great, away from town but a quick metro ride to everywhere. Clean, comfy and quiet. Recommended.

Overall, the hotel is quite good. I like that it is completely new and modern. However, there are some downsides. As they say, a classic situation in the Czech Republic: people want to run a million-dollar business but don’t want to invest in it. The room was really missing some basic things — a mini fridge and a kettle. No drinking water is provided either. The blankets are quite small; at the very least they could avoid saving money on something as basic as blankets. Another strange moment: this is still a hotel, so during breakfast guests should not be asked to clear the table and take away their own dishes. This is not a cafeteria or McDonald’s — please don’t forget that. A big downside is also the breakfast itself: they don’t even cook basic eggs. All the eggs are simply hard-boiled. On the positive side, the staff is Ukrainian. The girls are very polite, professional, and the service is excellent — which is not surprising for Ukraine
