The location is a few hundred meters from the museum, and a bit of a walk to the Old Town Square, but it's great value for money. Make sure to check in online beforehand, as the Wi-Fi and room passwords will be provided on the website.

Check in process could not be worse. Trip.com never contacted me or sent a message that I had to arrange the checkin with citypop on my own, it was just a one liner in the app. So I arrive on the day itself and lo and behold, I see the line asking me to contact citypop the DAY PRIOR. Now its partially my fault for not double checking , but if they're going to be so unceremonial about this, id suggest just booking directly with citypop instead of wasting money on their middleman fee. As a result I spent nearly an hour (including bad data reception and all) trying to check in. I was stuck at the roadside throughout. No comfortable reception area. Citypop demanded a booking number which, to no surprise at all, trip.com didnt provide. The one provided in the app did not correspond to the number citypop requested, which further complicated the checkin process. I requested for 1 person 2 nights stay, somehow that didnt flow to citypop either so they made me pay city tax for 2. Thankfully citypop realised that and refunded me Lastly, although facilities were very new and overall relatively comfortable stay, three main issues 1. Room was very warm. Prague was 27 deg when I was there. Despite adjusting air-conditioning to 16 degrees, room was always stuffy and warm. 2. Bed was dirty. There was hair all over my pillow case and bedsheet and bedcover. I reflected this to the citypop team and requested for room service for a change of sheets. To be fair, I only realised this late at 12.30midnight and they kindly directed me to the amenities room to help myself to a set of fresh sheets. I.e. make my bed myself. However in the amenities room, there was only 1 clean pillow and this whole mountain of sheets that I couldn't touch without collapsing it. Room service never came the next day either. 3. Body soap provided was more water than soap. It barely lathered. I had to use hand soap as replacement. In all fairness the location was decently situated from the metro and malls. If the room had been cleaner and checkin process more smooth, I wouldn't be so upset with my stay. But unfortunately, it is was it is. Stay in another place. Theres lots of decent lodging in prague with better service at the same cost point.

Good location between 2 metro stations IP pavlova and Muzeum, easy walking distance to main shopping wenceslas square and national museum. The hotel and room itself is new and big. Online Check in process is easy but not flexible. You can only check in on the dot from 3pm. No front desk, no staff. No luggage storage. I was directed to a nearby minimart to store with Radical Storage and that is another 20euros. (The least this hotel can do is to have luggage lockers on the premises so that we don’t have to bring it back and forth. They can charge us per use, It’s a business idea for them) Room has a kitchen, with enough pots and pans. The worst is the bed. It’s a converted sofa bed. Why can’t you provide a real bed? I Don’t need a sofa or couch! I want to sleep properly. Bathroom does not have a place to hang towels or clothes after showering. Towels only replaced every 4th day. No facial tissues at all. Overall I think this hotel has all the bare bones but could be better to supply the soft touches to make the guest feel more at home.

The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station, but it's a bit of a trek to the city center. The room had kitchen facilities and tableware, which was very convenient. However, having to register all personal information online before check-in could be a bit troublesome for first-time travelers unfamiliar with internet procedures.

Facilities: A small apartment with all the amenities. The microwave was a plus, perfect for a solo trip. Full marks! Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. Full marks! Location: Right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to the train station, with metro and tram stops nearby. Full marks! Service: Self check-in, no direct service. You can navigate everything in German (or use your phone for real-time English translation).

Great value for money and facilities, but the only downside is that the attic bed is directly under a window with no curtains. It gets too bright around 6 AM and wakes you up.

The hotel requires online check-in before arrival, which was smooth and convenient. The location is excellent—very close to Prague Main Train Station, making it a great choice for those traveling by train. The only downside was the lack of a door tag to request room cleaning. We stayed for three nights without any housekeeping service or amenities being replenished. This is something the hotel should improve on. Thank you.

The kitchen facilities are well-equipped, the location is convenient, and the space, though compact, is very clean. The only downside is the lack of luggage storage, which is a bit inconvenient as I had to go to the train station to store my bags. Otherwise, everything else was great, offering good value for money.
