The environment is pretty good, definitely above average for a European hotel. But not allowing early check-out is a bit bizarre.

I booked a twin room through Ctrip, but upon arrival, I was given a single king-sized bed. After coordinating with the hotel through Ctrip's concierge service, the hotel's response was that the king bed was made up of two twin beds pushed together, and we could separate them ourselves! It's ridiculous; I have to make my own bed when booking a hotel! The hotel's service was also quite peculiar. They only provided one bottle of water for the entire stay, repeatedly emphasizing that this one bottle was complimentary, regardless of how many nights we stayed! After complaining to Ctrip's customer service, they called me late at night to offer another bottle of water. It's not about lacking a bottle of water; it's just that I've never encountered such service in all my travels around the world. On the first night, a light in the room couldn't be turned off. I told the front desk, and their reply was to remove the room card to cut off the power. While technically correct, what kind of service is that? The hotel lobby is spacious enough, with plenty of entertainment facilities, and the breakfast was decent. The surrounding area is also convenient for getting around. It's just a shame about the terrible service.

The daily breakfast is extremely rich, and the accommodation environment is also very good. There are museums nearby, and shopping malls have everything you need. It's a great choice for a trip to Prague.

The lobby has entertainment facilities like billiards and game consoles, plus a small garden. Breakfast was also delicious, and I had a very comfortable stay. There's a shopping mall right next door with a supermarket and restaurants, which was super convenient.
