We stayed in one of the executive suites and it was lovely. The hotel is conveniently located to see all sights and to add to that it is directly above the tube station, so perfect if you are catching public transport to or from the airport. (If using public transport, don’t forget to validate your ticket or you could get fined). Breakfast in my opinion is very good, plenty of choice and the reception staff I found to be very pleasant and most helpful. All in all a very good hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We wrong book the hotel，the stuff said we can have refund and cancel the booking. But we end up can't cancelling the booking

The location is very good and the transportation is convenient

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a very convenient location, just off Wenceslas Square, with an entrance to Musteq metro station directly opposite. We had a room at the front of the hotel yet we heard very little noise. The room itself was large with a lovely bathroom and spotlessly clean. It was very traditional in terms of decor - for us that added to the charm and somehow it felt very appropriate for such a historic city. Breakfast had a good range of choices. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel as a fabulous choice for anyone staying in Prague.

This is the most wonderful hotel. We loved every night there with breakfast every morning included. The staff could not have been more kind. We moved to the Hilton for a tour and even though it was a nice hotel, Hotel Liberty was so much more quaint and beautiful.

Convenient transportation, there is a subway station exit downstairs opposite

Everything was great! The location was very good. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was impressive, it's very friendly for the elderly or disabled. Breakfast was also good. If I visit Prague again, I will stay here.

素晴らしいサービスを提供していただきました。 外観、内装がとても綺麗でお洒落。朝食も美味しかったです。 バスローブや使い捨てスリッパは用意されていました。 部屋着(パジャマ)と歯ブラシセットはないので自分で用意が必要です。 プラハの観光地から近く、地下鉄が徒歩2分程のところにあるので空港からのアクセスも良いです。 また、地下鉄の目の前には安いスーパーもあります。 お土産のビールもスーパーで安く買えました。 こちらのホテルを利用したのは2度目です。 これからもプラハに行くときは必ずこちらのホテルを利用したいです。

Booked this hotel because it was close to an Airbnb my friends were staying at. The lobby and public areas are fine and appear to have been updated. The rooms are a different story. Very old decor and in desperate need of updating. The bed was okay, however the sheets were worn as was the towels in the bathroom. The chair at the desk was broken so I couldn’t sit in it. The sink and shower tiles were broken along with mildew in the shower. The towels had someone else’s long hair on them, like they didn’t get washed. Also disappointing was the room had a Nescafé espresso machine but you had to pay for the pods. Literally never been in a hotel that did that. Otherwise you’re stuck with instant coffee. The second day they forgot to restock creamer. I called the front desk in the morning asking for more but they never delivered any. When checking out I attempted to tell the staff member some of my frustrations but she didn’t care. Skip this hotel. For this price there are far better choices in Prague.
