This is a lovely hotel. While the building is old, leading to some minor inconveniences like inefficient heating and limited power outlets, the overall pleasant experience more than makes up for it. It's within walking distance of Prague Main Station, with tram stops, metro stations, and department stores right nearby. Getting to the airport via Bolt took less than 30 minutes. It was the perfect hotel, whether for sightseeing or just relaxing. The breakfast was also superb. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the cocktails at the bar.

Very clean and elegant hotel. Staffs are always helpful . Location is very close to powder tower and old town square. Strongly recommend !

Prefect location. Close to Old Town and new town. Easy access to all areas. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of different selection of foods. Overall is highly recommended.

I booked this hotel because the guidebook described it as a luxurious, long-established hotel. It was indeed a long-established hotel, but the room was small and the amenities were outdated. The good points were the jacuzzi and sauna in the basement (swimsuit required) and the delicious sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel's location is good, but for a 5-star hotel, the room was too small, the facilities were outdated, basic amenities like water and hair dryers were missing, and I was uncomfortable finding body hair on the bed sheets on the first day. I wouldn't choose this place again.

Beautiful stylish hotel, ideal location, delicious breakfast, cozy bar, and everything you need is available in the room and bathroom.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Since it happened to be my birthday that day, the FF hotel thoughtfully wrote a birthday card and also gave me champagne and chocolates. I was very grateful.

This is a historic hotel with a nostalgic interior, reminiscent of a movie set. The service was polite and friendly. The location is also excellent; Republic Square is just steps away, and a stroll along the Powder Tower leads to Prague's Old Town Square and Astronomical Clock, making it convenient for visiting popular attractions. The only downside was the musty smell in our room. We asked the front desk and they said it was the same in all rooms, which we guessed was due to its age. After staying for three days and keeping the windows open each day, the smell seemed to dissipate. Also, although it was an executive room, it wasn't very large; it basically just had a desk. By the way, the hotel's restaurant is quite good and worth trying.

A nice, atmospheric hotel with a convenient location in the very center of Prague. The only downside is the lack of free water in the hotel.
