The overall impression is not bad, but if in the details: - satisfactory! The location is not bad, the service is around - everything you need in walking distance! It took 30 minutes to understand how to get into the room, the electronic lock in the elevator from the last century... the notations of how to use are incomprehensible (both in the course of the building and in the elevator)... Water in the room is probably supplied manually... But from a pleasant in the room there is a present - beer, chips, coffee, tea and even milk! The smell is very unpleasant (managers that can't be ventilated).………3+not 4….

We stayed for three nights and were disappointed because our room was not in order. Right after entering the room on second floor there was a smell of humidity, carpet was wet between hall and the room. The reason for this was a leaking A/C, when it was on water was dripping on the floor. We had a closer look at door/wall under A/C there was mould! Clearly this problem has been there for a longer period of time. We asked to be moved to an other room, but the hotel was fully booked. Housekeeping clearly did not enter our room during our stay not even once. We put a towel on the carpet to mark the wet area, it was not removed. Otherwise the hotel was ok. This was our 12 th anniversary trip, so we wanted it to be a perfect one, unfortunately it was not. City of Prague was great!

Room was fine. There is no service on-site and attempts to reach the hotel management via e-mail go unanswered, despite their commitment to be available 24/7. If you want any kind of service, this is not where you want to stay.

We booked a deluxe suite here without balcony. Didn’t expect such warm weather & the balcony would have been great! They called it a deluxe suite. I’d call it a one bedroom apartment, wanted to move in! Spacious, clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen area and just very very pleasant. They do give the impression that there are no staff (check in/out done electronically) but there was a bar/cafe downstairs. We got a spacious ‘suite’ for less per night than the shoe box we stayed in at Heathrow before flying out. I don’t imagine I’ll be in Prague again but if I am I would absolutely book this place again.

Location: near Palladium Mall and Republic Square. Good location, close to quite a few things including public transportation. A small boutique hotel, we took the superior suite - a suite that includes a separate bedroom and living room. The room is big and super clean- one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. The insulation is excellent and you don't feel the cold outside even without heating, but each room has its own control for the air conditioner. A nice bonus for the winter - there is a towel and floor heater in the shower, so it's really fun. The service at the reception is lovely - they let us check out two hours late to accommodate our flight. In terms of prices, it is quite intermediate - it is neither the most expensive nor the cheapest.

We stayed in the Republika suite and it was spacious for a 4 night stay, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The hotel is in a perfect location , 10 min walk to center city but we got a break from the crowds by being just outside. We enjoyed our walks each day to burn off all the food we ate :) The staff was kind to us the entire stay and arranged transportation to the train station for us. The view from our room was spectacular and I would love to return in the summer time to enjoy the terrace in the evening when it’s warm.

This was booked for me as a surprise gift. We had 3 nights in a Suite. The suite had a large living area with sofa bed, TV, safe, minibar (chargeable), Nespresso style coffee maker and safe. The bedroom also had a TV and a nice king size bed. As is often the case in Europe there were 2 single quilts on it. There was a separate smallish bathroom and separate toilet. Overall a big hotel room. Breakfast was a small affair with a few hot buffet items, pastries, fruit, cereals and cake!!! The coffees they made were also fantastic. Oh and Prosecco for those tempted. There is always one. Staff were friendly and helpful and we checked in early with a glass of prosecco. It's a small hotel (around 14 rooms) and in a good location to access the many central areas of Prague. Overall it had a feeling of quality and exclusivity linked to its size. Definitely recommended and I might let my girlfriend surprise me again!

We stayed here in February and loved everything about this hotel. It is very well located in a quiet area, yet it is a short walk to the old town. The suites are big, comfortable and very stylish. Breakfast doesn't have the biggest choice but everything is homemade and good quality. I loved the coffee. The spa area is also really nice. It is small but you can rent it all for yourself. Amazing after a whole day of sight seeing. The staff is really nice and was lovely with our dog. Would definitly stay here again.

This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!
