Metropolitan Old Town Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels Reviews

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel during our trip in Prague. It’s a really good location for travellers in Prague. Good location, good room, and good staff. However, we didn’t get new shower gel/ shampoo. We need to go to the reception to ask for a new one. Also, there was no hot water for the last day we stayed there. We had to have a shower in cold weather. The reception is trying their best to solve the problem. But, no one came to check at the end.  Nevertheless, we still recommend this hotel due to its location.

Very nice and tidy room and the room service is very good and keep the room always tidy. Staffs are very helpful and nice.

Inconvenient refund and change policy, unreachable front desk, I don't know where such high ratings came from, the situation is terrible, not recommended at all

The rooms were dated.. our was next to the lift.. the exit door and room doors do need stoppers they just kept banging loudly. Not a comfortable sleep

There were three people at the front desk, two of whom looked like interns. Neither of them made the check-in process clear. They said breakfast wasn't included, then got the check-in time wrong, and even told me to contact Ctrip. When I came back after confirming, they said they had made a mistake. I spent 40 minutes back and forth at the front desk. They apologized by giving me a bar welcome drink coupon. There were stains on the bedside table, green snot on the shower wall (I didn't take a photo to avoid grossing everyone out). The room was so basic and bare, it felt like a budget hotel. The breakfast was decent. For 300-400 RMB per night, you can stay here. Anything over 700 RMB is a bit pricey.

It's great to give interns opportunities. They all speak good English. The carpet is very difficult to drag luggage, there is no luggage hauling rail at the door, and there are too many stairs, which is very inconvenient.

The hotel is close to popular tourist spots, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The friendly and attentive staff made our trip a pleasant one.

It's super good. The guy at the front desk helped solve a lot of problems, and he's really handsome! ! ! ! ! There's no room type I requested, and he upgraded the room for free, and gave me a champagne voucher. In short, it's great!

The room is compact but clean. It's about a seven or eight minute walk from the Old Town Square. The location is great. The waiter is very friendly. There are welcome drinks. When I left the hotel, the beautiful front desk lady Anna took the initiative to give me two bottles of water. I will stay here again next time I go to Prague

The breakfast was delicious, the location was good, and the hotel was very nice. I was a little worried about the outside noise, but I slept well.
