We stayed at the hotel from 19 to 24 August. We booked a month and a half in advance, the only request was to place with a beautiful view from the window. In correspondence with the hotel, I indicated that we were going from Ukraine. In fact, they were placed in the worst room (503) with a non-opening window in the bedroom above the human rata, with a non-closing window in the bathroom overlooking the nearby wall of the neighboring building. The hotel management deliberately placed us in this room, knowing that there would be no hot water in the room (the hotel is carrying out repairs and the lack of water is a consequence of these works). Placed on the 5th floor, the hottest, without the possibility of normal air conditioning, with a broken bed on a sofa bed. On the first day, I pointed out these problems and invited the manager to see the room in person. The manager called the technician in front of me and assured me that the water issue would be resolved in a day. On Monday, it turned out that this was impossible. I was looking for the administrator Diana, who suddenly fell ill, and during my stay at the hotel. I asked her to call. Diana called back and offered compensation of 4 euros per day per person. For 5 nights in a hotel with taxes, I paid 678 euros. This is humiliating and unacceptable. I asked to compensate half of the cost of living, discuss this issue with the hotel management and call me back. At the time of check-out from the hotel, Diana did not call me back. The hotel did not compensate. This is rudeness, fraud and disrespect for guests. I hope Diana will read this message, call me and make a payment. I do not recommend the hotel if respect for your rights is important to you, hot water, comfortable air in the room, healthy sleep, cleanliness of the room (clearing was not carried out even once in 5 days). Water was left at the door. We took out the garbage in the corridor on our own. The kitchen has a more decorative function, since there is no kitchen hood in the room. Given the above, the hotel does not correspond to the level of 4 stars. I want to note that this is my first negative review.
