Great environment, close to attractions, all within walking distance. Breakfast was varied with different options every day.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, even though I left a tip, the cleaning wasn't very thorough, and there was still trash on the floor.

Excellent hotel! The breakfast selection is fantastic, and many items are homemade, which is rare for a hotel. It's very close to Charles Bridge, a must-see attraction, and there are many restaurants nearby. The overall environment is great.

Just wanted to praise my hotel-booking skills after checking in! **Environment:** Right by the Old Bridge, super convenient transportation. The overall style is very classic European, quite ornate and gilded. I booked a suite, and it was very spacious. Both floors had heating, which was a lifesaver for someone who gets cold easily. I arrived in the morning, and they stored my luggage for me. The front desk staff were very friendly. After I mentioned I wouldn't be able to have breakfast the next morning, they arranged a packed breakfast for me, which had a lot of items. Too bad the apple was rotten though. 🥹 Overall, the stay was good. It's a bit of a shame I couldn't have a hot breakfast. Out of my Austria, Hungary, and Czech Republic trip, the Czech Republic had the most Chinese-friendly food.

I felt awed by the interior and grand furnishings, and the beds were the comfiest I slept in the whole of Europe. We went during winter, and I think the air conditioning was turned off. So we opened the windows and froze our butts off during the night. Loved and enjoyed my stay as it was also very close to The Charles Bridge and other noteworthy eateries in the area.

We are so happy we chose this hotel, location is excellent! Close to Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock, etc. but in a quiet street, which is great! It has it all. Facilities are well kept, food was delicious and the staff superb, very helpful and friendly.

Central to all locations. Lots of eating and shopping near by. Hotel is old so don’t expect too much however it was clean and breakfast was great.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds and pretty good breakfast. In great location close to Charles Bridge. Had a coffee machine and a fridge. Would recommend.

Our stay was lovely, we are so happy with the staff - kind, helpful and welcoming, perfect location 5min alway from Karlov bridge, clean and specious rooms with radiators to keep you warm and cozy, there was a cleaning lady coming to clean the room, make the bed, fold our pijamas that were left on the bed, leaving new 4 towels everyday. Nice atmosphere and design of the rooms, nice, big and delicious breakfast with a lot of food and drinks options. We recommend this hotel and the experience!!!! xx
